Dr. Christopher & Jennifer Thoma

Hello, we are Dr. Christopher and Jennifer Thoma, we’ve been sharing our lives together nearly three decades now.  Over that time we have been involved in many different businesses, organizations, and careers, created a lovely family, and are constantly learning new information and skills.  We love sharing our knowledge and experience to help others live a fulfilling life.

Dr. Thoma uses his diverse back ground as a collegiate athletic and academic All-American, medical technologist, land developer, importer, chiropractic physician, nutritionist, acupuncturist, hypnotist, and businessman to help others.  Not only in his practice but in every day life, his passion has been to use this diverse knowledge to help others identifying the root of their issues, whether it be physical or emotional.  This approach has set him apart in the functional medicine world as a physician that is able to diagnosis and treat those ailments that are too often overlooked.

His passion is to bring health and happiness to as many as he can. He often speaks nationally to professional groups in the medical, hypnosis, and business professions. His vast knowledge ranges from medical technology to holistic medicine to business and beyond.

When I decided to go back to school several years ago, I didn’t realize how stressful it would be to relocate to a different city with a toddler and a newborn, not to mention working and taking up to 52 hours per semester, for multiple degrees. I began to have issues with sleep and even got a stomach ulcer. We survived, but that time also taught me a lot about stress.

However, it wasn’t until I began seeing patients in my clinic that I truly saw the full affects of stress on an individuals health. In fact, at least half of the patients I see every day have some health issue related to stress. Whether it be digestive issues, tension, joint pain and soreness, fibromyalgia, or many other conditions, we often find a connection to unrecognized stress. Once we are able to get their stress under control, their health symptoms improve.

Now that I have learned to process my own stressors better I am living a happier and healthier life. Because of the changes I have seen in myself, my wife, and patients, I know that one of the greatest things I can do is help other individuals learn how to change their behavior and thoughts to less stressful ones…that is why we’ve created the NeuroRedeem patent pending process used in this program.

Now, you can join us as we continue to live a healthier and less stressful life.

As a working mother of two, with a corporate career and several side businesses, I have learned the hard way about how much of an impact stress has on my health and well being.

During a particularly difficult time with my corporate job a few years ago, I went through a bit of a health crisis.  I gained 20 lbs. in three months, my autoimmune disorder ratcheted up into high gear, and I was having panic attacks on a daily basis.  All of this had a very negative impact on my family and my kids.  I found myself with a short fuse, no energy and spiraling out of control.  I was bordering on depression.

Thankfully, having a functional medicine doctor as a husband is very helpful.  Together we learned a lot about stress, how it affects your health, and how to get stress under control. I am thankful that I am now living a vibrant and healthy life. Through this learning journey, we tried different tips and techniques to learn how to teach people to reduce their stress…and it worked.

We found the right combination of quick tricks and long term solutions, coupled with re framing and planning, to keep my stress at bay.  Of course, I still struggle occasionally (there’s nothing more stressful than creating an online stress reduction program!).  But at least I know how to recognize when it’s getting out of control and turn it around before it’s too late.

If my 25 years in the corporate world of banking have taught me anything, it's to take control of my own destiny.

I always knew I would be in business, I even had a goal to “Be CEO of something, someday.”  While I imagined that would be in the world of finance, I came to realize that the stress that came from that wasn’t what I wanted in my life.

Instead, I developed a few businesses, with my husband, that allowed me to become the CEO I had dreamed of, with the lifestyle I wanted.

In the summer of 2020, I walked away from my corporate career, in the midst of a global pandemic, to focus solely on our businesses.

Now, I focus on teaching other professionals how to reach their goals without stress or overwhelm.
